FAQ

We hope this will help answer questions have, if not, please feel free to contact us.

Q- What happens if it rains on the day I have an appointment?

A- We will reschedule your appointment.
Q-What do I do if I am unable to make my appointment time?

A- Please notify Renegade Mobile Detailing preferably 24 hours in advance.

Q- My vehicle is brand new. Why should I get it detailed?

A- Detailing your new car is a great way to protect the paint, leather, and interior from pre-mature wear and tear. Many of our clients prefer to have a Polymer Paint Sealant applied to their new cars exterior to protect their new paint.
Q-How often should I have my car detailed?

A-It depends on the climate, how often you drive, the way your vehicle is stored, and the color of your vehicle. Renegade Mobile Detailing suggests that you have your vehicle detailed at least 3 times annually to maintain a “new car” appearance.

Q-How long will it take to clean my car?

A- It depends on the condition of the vehicle and the services that you are getting. A Basic Wash normally takes between 2 to 3 hours. An Exterior Detail usually takes between 3 and 4 hours while the Interior Detail lasts between 3 and 4.5 hours. For a Complete Detail we need 4 to 6 hours, and a Showroom Shine requires 4 to 7 hours.
Q- What is the Polymer Paint Sealant?

A- This is a specially formulated product that provides a high level of protection for up to 6 months. The Polymer Paint Sealant lasts nearly 6 times longer than a Carnauba wax! It is perfect product to protect your new cars finish against contamination!

Q- Why should I get the Clay Bar Treatment?

A- The process of claying the exterior paint will remove all contaminants that washing cannot. These include brake dust, industrial fallout, acid rain deposits, etc. Claying will remove these contaminants preventing future paint system failure. We highly recommend applying a Polymer Paint Sealant after a Clay Bar Treatment with a polish to optimize paint protection.

Q- Can you detail my RV, Boat, Trailer, Airplane, Semi, Sand Rail, Quad, Motorcycle, or OHV?

A- Yes! We can detail anything you can drive, ride, fly or tow.
